Leaktastic!

No more.  Hard to imagine two leaks in one day.  First a leak in the gas feed to my stove, then when I went to shutoff the gas, the water meter horn was leaking.  Then when I went to shut off the water main valve, it was a gate valve from the stone age.  Thankfully, the plumber I had was able to solve all of my woes relatively quickly and completely.  The trickiest part was getting the right help from Centerpoint and the city of plymouth so he could do his work.  What a day.  I have survived my first major house emergencies.  And the peasants rejoiced. New gas valve, new gas pipe, new water main valve, and new meter horn.  whew.
