Vents all spruced up

Since I bought the place, I hadn't painted the roof hip vents.  They were in dire need of it, as I guessed it had not been done for over a decade or two.  The boards looked worn and weathered in quite a serious way.  As I finally thought about replacing them, it began to look more of a task for the next time the roof gets replaced.  Until then, I decided to repair the one, and paint them with a solid coat of exterior white paint to clean things up and make the whole appearance a bit more tidy.
